How to report
Open the three-dot menu on a topic, Trace, or profile and choose Report. Select a reason and add optional details. Reports are private and are reviewed for safety and policy violations.
Report reasons
Current reasons include harassment or bullying, hate or abusive content, threat or violence, sexual or inappropriate content, spam or misleading content, private information, and other.
Blocking
Blocking helps users avoid unwanted interactions. Blocked users may be hidden from relevant feeds and interactions depending on product behavior.
Moderation actions
Trace may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, preserve safety records, or contact users when needed. Serious legal or safety issues may be escalated as required by law.

For grievance requests, contact [Grievance Officer Name] at traceapp.help@gmail.com. Include your registered email, link/screenshot, reason, and any relevant details.
